I’m a person who loves to cook and managed to open a cook book twice last year.  This year is the year of cooking and making healthy foods in my kitchen.  I’ve cracked open all of my cookbooks and combed the web all in search of recipes that I can cook during the week and have enough for both supper and for lunch.  I don’t want to have to think about what I’m going to be making when I get home from working at the cubical farm, I want everything to be ready when I get there.  This years challenge is to make it healthy and pare it down to 2 servings instead of 4 to 6.  I’m not one to eat left overs so I end up throwing a ton of food away, this year I’m going to try to combat that.

I’m also an avid camper who loves to cook in the great out doors and I also review books for a fiction book company.  This blog is a way to combine my three passions cooking trials and tribulations, my fun in the great out doors and my love of reading…everything and anything.
